Summary:
Client is looking for a Program Manager to join the AI Marketing team to oversee and coordinate priority programs to ensure they align with the goals and are delivered on time with executional excellence. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills and the ability to manage various teams and stakeholders effectively.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management and operations. They have experience managing complex marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams across disciplines. They can develop the optimal process and create and/or evolve the existing documentation to facilitate effective cross team collaboration and communication. They can effectively hold teams accountable to their deliverables and can escalate early and often.
To be successful at Client, you need to move fast and iterate. The successful candidate is a doer who can establish clear processes and iterate as needed when things are not working to ensure that we execute with excellence. They will need to be able to multitask, outline a clear process, identify issues, make recommendations and help ensure overall operations are running smoothly — all while maintaining an extraordinary attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.
