Job Description:
Pay Range 40hr - $45hr

- Schedule meetings with business users, other project leaders and vendor partners as requested.
- Ensure all project artifacts are appropriately organized and stored on the project site.
- Participate in various project-related meetings to capture notes, action items, and decisions to accurately reflect discussions among project team members.
- Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture updates or edits.
- Ensure meeting documents are appropriately organized and stored on the project site.
- Develop presentations, spreadsheets or other documents as directed by Program/Project Managers.
- Ensure project templates and tools are kept up to date and available to project team members.
- Disseminate meeting notes to attendees capture any corrections and obtain approval.
- Prepare and execute project deliverables and artifacts for electronic signature.
- bility to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High-motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Collaborative team player capable of supporting multiple project leaders.
- dvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint.
- Workday implementation experience highly desired.
