Compensation: $18 per hour
The Administrative Assistant job in Auburn, Maine is responsible for Human Resource assistance; administering personnel records, initiating personnel changes and salary adjustments, Input data for injuries, assisting with FMLA and STD, as well as routine hiring activities, such as contacting candidates to schedule interviews. You'll have a solid understanding of Filing, updating records, answering phones, updating ads, and greeting workers who come into the office. This is a full-time position.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Prior relevant experience in an administrative or customer service environment is desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask, must have good problem solving skills and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Administrative Assistant Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
• Start Date: ASAP
