JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Look for Program Manager - SAP QA initiative as Program -Software Testing expertise
• Need someone who drive the complete QA initiative
• Talking multiple business units/Stakeholders
• Have directed the digital transformation being as QA Program Manager
• Hands experience with Hi-tech industry and should be driving the complete QA initiative as Program lead.
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity. Review processes to ensure that they align with current trends.
• Quality management ensures that an organization, product, or service consistently functions well. It has four main components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on product and service quality but also on the means to achieve it.
• Take a look at customer complaints; Analyze the data to find the areas for improvement.
• Problem-solving skills help resolve any customer problems and production issues if you find that you're struggling to achieve the required quality.
• Take preventive quality control actions by identifying potential sources of error and suggesting ways to eliminate them; Implement continuous process.
• Software testing is the act of examining the artifacts and the behavior of the software under test by verification and validation. Software testing can also provide an objective, independent view of the software to allow the business to appreciate and understand the risks of software implementation.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff. Coordinates product testing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the production process Plan, execute, and monitor product testing Analyze production data to identify areas of.
