This Mail Clerk Position Features :
Great Pay $17 per hour
Immediate need for mail clerk. Responsible for all incoming / outgoing mail services; receives, sorts, and distributes all mail, packages, and office supplies daily, ensuring that all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.
- Respond to inquiries and customer service requests with professionalism and expediency. Escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Account Manager without delay.
- Prepare outgoing shipments to include the appropriate paperwork for domestic, international, and freight shipments; making sure that MSD and COA’s are correct and included.
- Keeps accurate records / logs of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
