We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our defense-focused team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in representing and advising employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, compliance, and workplace policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and labor relations.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to management on employment-related issues, including hiring practices, employee discipline, termination, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints and workplace misconduct.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
• Represent clients in proceedings before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and state labor boards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the [State] Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on defense/management-side representation.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes and/or favorable settlements.
