Description:
- High volume calls to schedule patients, 80-100 per/day.
- More of the back end.
- Helping with front desk duties check in/out
- Confirming demographic & insurance information
- Obtaining & scanning documents
- Checking in patient using EMR.
- Coordinating appointments with other departments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of medical exp. within patient access/patient scheduling/front desk/secretary or back office experience.
