Akkodis is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to work with our client, located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr on w2, without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support of hardware and standard software components
• Install and manage PC and accessories equipment throughout the IT asset lifecycle
• Manage incident and problem resolution
• Create user accounts and manage access rights
• Monitor and support IT infrastructure and business solutions
• Assist with global deployments and rollouts
