Job Title: Production Manager (HR, Production managing and Safety)

Job description/overview:
A leading Global Electronics Manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to manage production workers to meet the schedule of manufacturing. Responsibilities will include Human Resources, production control/safety, and attendance of all workers responsible for manufacturing products and related items.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery date and attendance of workers.
Manage the safety of workers (Communicate with OSHA)
Define the role and responsibilities of workers.
Reflect suggestion or complaints from workers.
Operate machinery and vehicles such as forklifts to load and unload goods.
Repairing manufacturing facilities when it has problem.
Manage the factory review that is related to UL certification.
Improve manufacturing atmosphere.
Control the quality of products that are produced.
Work with QS team to manage test report.
Manage the test report of products that are manufactured.
Product LOT control and prevention of mixing by lot.
Prevent tool loss and manage additional tools if it is needed.
Manage the C class materials (bolt, nut, etc.) and replenishing.
Manage the mechanical and electrical room.
Train workers in how to assemble products.
Train workers how to conduct tests with testing facilities.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the efficient operation of all facilities.
Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other essential systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs.
Manage facility budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in facility management.
Responsible for purchasing, receiving, managing and keeping equipment that is related to Bastrop Campus.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Manufacturing experience is required.
Electrical knowledge Holder is preferred.
Strong leadership skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Familiarity with inventory software, and ability to input and retrieve data.
Basic math skills for inventory management.
Certified forklift operator is preferred.
Certifications a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Familiarity with inventory software, and ability to input and retrieve data.
Fluent in English and Korean language preferred
