We work together in a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the best quality of care is provided for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities
• Help patients with personal hygiene
• Obtain and record vital signs and weight
• Long periods of standing, moving, and lifting
• Other duties as requested

. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ADLs
• Electronic charting, Point Click Care and/or Point of Care
• Team mindset: it's everyone’s job to provide good care.
