We’re hiring a full-time Accountant for our Finance & Accounting Division.

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing major segments of the accounting process that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing accounting functions to prepare highly accurate journal entries and system transactions according to monthly accounting schedule.
  • Reconciling assigned general ledger accounts and/or bank statements monthly and investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Compiling annual required program reports relating to financial statements.
  • Developing systems to accumulate financial data and compiling periodic financial reports for distribution in accordance with required schedules.
  • Preparing various schedules and analyses required for the annual audit of the financial statements and/or program audits.


Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Education: six to eight years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Starting Pay: $27-$33 per hour, dependent on relevant experience
