Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. RequirementsLicensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a Texas insurance license within 30 days.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous, but is not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
