Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Cath/Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a variety of procedures including cardiac catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), electrical cardioversions (ECV), tilt table tests, pacemaker insertions, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD) placements, and internal loop recorder insertions. Key Responsibilities: • Assist cardiologists and interventional radiologists in cardiac cath lab and IR procedures. • Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and supplies for procedures. • Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. • Administer medications and intravenous therapies as needed. • Educate patients and their families on procedures, post-care instructions, and follow-up care. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. • Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care.
