As a Billing Specialist, you would be responsible forthe following: Preparing and submitting Medicaid, State and third party insurance carriers billing for DDTCS, Waiver and therapy services; Securing needed documentation; following up on unpaid or partial paid claims; Processing RAs; Preparing therapy statement; And maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This position includes working with a small knit team in the Finance Office. Preferred requirements include experience working in a business office of a non-profit organization, Associate degree in Finance or related area to support knowledge in Accounting Standards and working knowledge of basic computer software included Microsoft Office, MIP, DeTaso, etc.
