Site Lead - Licensed Therapist - LICSW, LCMHC or LMFT

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC, with a clear & active license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Experience with health psychology.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Experience working with couples or family counseling
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts clinicians
• Provide clinical mentoring/supervision as needed
• Assist clinicians in meeting their productivity goals
• Assist in the evaluation of clinical staff
• Provide clinician staff and team-building consultation opportunities, including facilitating groups.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-22 total billable hours per week.
• Maintain proper documentation
• Provide coverage for other Site Leads
