Project Engineer I

What We're Looking For:
Barge Design Solutions is looking for a Project Engineer to support Roadway engineering projects, document developmentand design, and performs other related tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Assistin project scope and budget development, as well as, assisting in projectdesign
• Supports PM providing technical leadership on conventional projects
• Designs experiments, interprets, and develops conclusions on complex data.
• Writes and reviews engineer specifications, documents, drawings, etc. toproduce various deliverables
• Designs a component, or process on a complex projects or designs complete aproject, systems, or components on conventional projects
• Responsibility for completing a subset of project documents
• Participate in client meetings, as appropriate
• Conducts on-site visits to monitor progress of project
• Performs other duties as requested
• DirectsEIT and Designers in preparation of project plans
• Technical lead on conventional projects

Education & Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree fromaccredited program
• Minimum of 4 or moreyears of engineering experience
• Registered PE
• Timeliness& quality of technical team's work on projects and budget adherence
• Utilization rates align with goal
