Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical leadership to allocate work, establish schedules, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Employ a blend of agile and waterfall methodologies to manage the complete life cycle of technical initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise in e-commerce systems, integrations, and dependencies.
• Lead meetings, organize teams, and drive project execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships across business and operations teams through effective communication.
• Manage tasks collaboratively with third-party integration partners.
• Utilize Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence tools for documenting requirements and managing tasks and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, complemented by relevant experience.
• 7 years of experience in project, program, or product management.
• 3 years of technical project/program/product management experience.
• 3 years of experience in managing SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) technical projects.
• Background in e-commerce and digital environments.
• Familiarity with corporate retail practices.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Bonus: Consulting experience.
• Bonus: SFCC Business Manager familiarity.
