MDVIP is looking for talented and impassioned sales professionals who thrive in a highly customized and consultative selling environment. Our healthcare telephone sales representatives play a key role in communicating the benefits of the MDVIP program to potential members through outbound sales campaigns to reach transitioning physician's patients (using established leads).

Training is provided to develop a good understanding of the program, the company and the affiliated physician network.

Salary RangesCompensation: $47,154-$54790
Total compensation listed for this role is inclusive of a company commission incentive, employer contributions towards benefits (including $1,500 towards an employee's Health Savings Account annually), and a generous retirement 401(k) company match.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*

Sells prospective members on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice. Explains the program effectively, discovering which program components generate interest so that they can demonstrate the value of the program.
* Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
* Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates concerns to management, as necessary.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Knowledge:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an Associate degree is desirable, but not required. One year of related experience is needed, which may include prior customer service in a call center environment, or retail sales, general business or administrative experience. Prior direct sales experience is preferred.
Required skills include:
* Strong communication skills - able to articulate the message persuasively in a concise manner. Speaks clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice. While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus.
* Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems.
* Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision.
* Types with speed and accuracy, demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to document records in database efficiently.
* Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.
