Are you passionate about dental and helping patients maintain their dental health? We are looking for a hard working patient care coordinator who will be a great addition to our team! You'll help provide excellent customer service to the patients and maintain the flow of the office. Come join our team!
Responsibilities
- Greet all patients with a smile and make them feel welcomed into the office
- Present treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefits
- Educating patients about their treatment
- Checking patients in/ out and collecting information such as health history, insurance, etc.
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Manage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensure
workflow - Answering the phone and help with patient inquiries
