MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE POSITION:

CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse opportunity include, but are not limited to:

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' medical, social, and psychological needs
4. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family members, and healthcare team
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, adjusting as necessary to promote optimal health outcomes
6. Foster a caring environment that respects patient's dignity
7. Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
8. Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
9. Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:

1. 2 years of inpatient case management experience within a level 1 trauma facility required
2. Travel experience required
3. BLS issued through the American Heart Association
4. Must be eligible to work in the United States
5. RN license in state of practice or compact license
