Senior Manager/Associate Director - Clinical Data Management

*Onsite 2x weekly in Boston, MA*

Responsibilities:

• Lead data management expectations with CROs and partners
• Drive data management strategy within the clinical team
• Contribute to clinical development plans and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Oversee CRO selection, budget management, and protocol development
• Ensure oversight of data management activities and deliverables
• Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in audits
• Mentor and develop team members

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Experience in clinical data management and vendor management
• Biotech experience and line management skills preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in clinical data management
• 5 years of Clinical Data Management Experience
