One of our Portfolios maintains a suite of digital platforms, serving MDPs (Managing Directors & Partners) across the business. There is an opportunity to re-evaluate a number of these platforms to ensure that they are fit for purpose / deriving the maximum value our MDPs. There are a number of areas that this evaluation might address:
Strategic fit
Are the platforms addressing real and prioritised user needs?
Are the platforms best serving the business?
Are the platforms providing sufficient reporting, measurement capabilities for users
Channel delivery
Are our platforms providing sufficiently robust experiences across desktop and mobile devices?
UI/ID
Are our platforms sufficiently robust from a UI/ID pov?
Are current designs sufficiently usable?
Do we have sufficient ability to measure the efficacy of our UI/ID
Skills, experience required
We need a designer who can provide:
