Candidates should be well-versed in representing traditional and non-traditional lenders in a variety of transactions including representing lenders who provide acquisition, working capital, letter of credit facilities, and other types of financing. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and your academic credentials are excellent. You are admitted to and in Good Standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
