Summary
Agency first point of contact for incoming visitors and incoming calls. Receive mail/packages, reserve conference room/register visitors for use. Perform light clerical support tasks.
Responsibility:
- Daily Reception Desk Coverage: Perform a variety of light clerical support tasks and Receptionist Duties directly for the Office of Administration & Finance and indirectly for Client.
- Agency first point of contact for all incoming visitors; Receive, Screen and Process visitors and notify appropriate staff.
- Responsible for answering the Main client incoming phone lines; Receive, Screen and direct all incoming calls to the correct Division, identifying callers, staff person desired and subject of call to ensure proper routing.
- Responsible for Receiving hand-delivered mail, FedEx/UPS packages and various other deliveries.
- Register Visitors for upcoming meetings as well as reserving Conference Room space using the building management's tenant web portal - Building Engines.
