About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for all integrated kidney care operations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operations leader with a strong background in value-based care, dedicated to transforming patient care across the kidney disease and treatment continuum. Key responsibilities for this role include collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer to drive clinical excellence, overseeing all company operations to ensure team members meet clinical deliverables, and leading the innovation of care models for chronic and end-stage kidney disease. The SVP will also be accountable for nephrology partnerships, engaging with key payors, and managing the financial performance of the organization.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on value-based care or at-risk payer services. The role requires a proven track record in fiscal and operating leadership, the ability to lead operations at scale, and experience in recruiting and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current healthcare payment and delivery structures, and experience in managed care, risk-based contracting, and engaging with health systems and payors. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to the core values of the company, including service excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
