About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Construction Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a global network, supporting the construction of new battery plants around the world. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside industry veterans and contribute to the success of these critical projects.

What You Will Do

Assist Project Managers with all aspects of construction coordination, including scheduling, procurement assistance, logistics, and subcontractor management.

• Maintain detailed construction documents, including reports, schedules, and logs.
• Project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring adherence to cost controls.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creating and presenting SWOT analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
• Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards.

What is “Nice to Have”?

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus.
