We are seeking a Learning and Organization Development Specialist to take ownership of the design and implementation of programs and projects that build the capabilities Montefiore’s workforce needs to achieve their professional and organizational objectives.
This individual will partner with colleagues in the Learning Network and key stakeholders to ensure that programs are inspiring, meaningful, and effective for participants, resulting in the learning and change they were designed for. The person in this role is responsible for all development process phases, including assessment, prototyping, design, implementation, and measurement. Decisions must be based on a thorough assessment process, sound research principles, and a focus on creating the best employee experience possible. Programs and projects range in scope and may be delivered in person or virtually.
