A healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed professional to join their join their team in Brooklyn as a Primary Care Provider. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

About the Opportunity:

• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Patient Population: Adults
• Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Provider will be responsible for managing a panel of patients in an outpatient primary care setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in an Outpatient role/setting
• Bachelor's Degree
• One of the following NYS licenses: ANP, FNP, NP, AGNP, CNP, and/or PA
• Board Certified
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
