WHAT YOU'LL DO:

A Manager, Technical Support Responsible for workload balancing and resource coordination of IS staff. First-line resource for input, direction, consultation, problem resolution and escalation for the supervised staff. Supports the information needs of multiple departments and helps facilitate the departmental information and telephone needs across the Health System.

BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IS/ Computer Science or a related area (or experience equivalent). Master’s Degree in IS/ Computer Science or a related area (or experience equivalent) preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in hospital operations and previous management experience.
• Applicable current licensure in clinical/financial/technical field.
