Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, leasing, and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and execute contracts for leasing and property management
- Conduct property tours and manage the leasing process
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Utilize DoorLoop or similar software for property management tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Keep up-to-date books and accounting
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Experience in property management or related field
- Bookkeeping skills highly desired
- Quick learner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
