Sr. IT Ops Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Buffalo NY
Contract: 12 Months Possible Temp to Hire
Job Description:
- Overall, this will be a 12-month candidate in a temporary position with the really good possibility of converting the full-time position in this role or a higher level role but remaining on the technical side not the management side.
- This position will be considered a “floater or utility” position whereby we will be asking this resource to travel to various locations across the US to assist with many different technical situations which I’ve outlined some associated skills below:
- Windows and Mac laptop experience in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Mobile device (Apple iPhone / iPad and Google Android) experience in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Windows at the elbow technical support for the basic applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.
- Ability to assist as remote hands for network and firewalls
- Great customer interaction and communication skills.
