*Outside Sales Representative* *Summary/Objective:* The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for conducting sales calls out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. The Outside Sales Representative should retain excellent social and problem-solving skills that allow them to foster strong relationships. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *Responsibilities: * -Must be self-starter, proactive problem solver and maintain positive personality since every day is not the same with changing work and marketplace environment. -Evaluates and develops our sales strategy and sales plan. -Plans, directs and coordinates sales efforts. -Communicates the sales plan. -Researches the demand for our products and services. -Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs. -Works with General Manager and Marketing Department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share balancing customer satisfaction. -Identifies and introduces potential customers. -Develops promotions with advertising managers. -Understands and develops budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. -Travel within and sometimes out of assigned sales territory to meet customers and prospects. -Conducts calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily. -Builds and maintains relationships with new and repeat customers. -Maintains records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. -Educates customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally. -Performs other duties as required by upper management. *Requirements:* *-*Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field. -Proven sales experience. -Effective management skills and the ability to multitask. -Attention to detail. -Proven ability to manage budgets. -Professional and proactive work ethic. -Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
