CREDENTIALING REQ: 2-3 WEEKS. Covid vaccine required.
REQUIREMENTS: Physical therapist COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission. Active MA license required at time of submissions Local candidates not accepted Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year. Graduate from certified PT program 2 years inpatient PT experience required MA PT License and BLS required. COVID vaccination including booster required. Flu vaccination required.
