We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using phone systems
- Assist in project coordination tasks as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in office management tasks to maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Experience in word and excel is a must.
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
