KinderVillage Music is a music school in Cary, NC offering Kindermusik classes plus piano, guitar, voice lessons. We offer private lessons as well as group music classes. We are passionate, professional, and inclusive.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Voice Teacher to join our music school. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with children and have previous teaching experience . This position requires formal vocal training. Music degree preferred.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement engaging lessons that promote an understanding of pitch, tone, music theory, and performace techniques.

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

- Provide individualized support to students ranging in age from 7 years to adult

- Promote positive interactions with students and foster a love of music

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

- Utilize effective teaching strategies to facilitate student learning and growth

**Skills:**

- Experience working with children

- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities

- Strong background in formal voice training

- Proficiency in a variety of musical genres

- Skill in delivering comprehensive lessons tailored to student needs
