Position: Director of Operations (ENT Clinic)
Location: Chandler / Mesa / Queen Creek
Schedule: Full-Time
Travel: Overseeing Three Clinic, Travel as Needed
Compensation: $65k - $85k / year

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day clinical operations run smoothly and offer high-quality healthcare to every patient. The Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and quality of clinic services at all clinic sites, including direct supervision of department Leads. The Director oversees front desk, medical assistants, surgery schedulers, and audiology / allergy technicians. The Director will lead efforts to improve quality outcomes and clinic operations in a way that contributes to an enhanced experience for staff and patients. She will oversee the functioning of key systems vital to clinic operations, including, efficient systems for scheduling; management of clinic flow; and referral tracking. In collaboration with the Administrator, responsible for directing, planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating the services of clinical operations across all sites.
