Qualifications:

* Technical School Diploma or Associates Degree in IT Administration or IT Technology.

* Bachelors Degree Preferred.

* 1 to 3 years of practical Manufacturing experience.

* IoT experinece

* Technical certifications are preferred.

* Travel requirements up to 10% of time.

Day to Day

* Daily review of system backups for local site and operating servers and network equipment (review and documentation).

* Assist Network administrators with troubleshooting of Network Connectivity, Server and VOIP issues and maintaining correct Active Directory entries for desktops.

* Support of Office Suite, Outlook email applications on the desktop and other company endorsed desktop and mobile applications.

* First level support for all non SAP applications.

* Resolution of hardware and software problems related to the desktop and mobile devices.

* Maintain incident and service tickets. Preference is with Service Now.

* Maintain Configuration Items (CI) in Computer Management Database (CMDB).

* Support production and office peripherals as needed.

* Act as a coordinator between IT, operations and engineering with regards to machine network connectivity and IoT applications

* Maintenance and update of IoT device documentation relative to network components and login information

* Maintenance of IoT and office device connections to the correct VLANs and networks.

* Serve as a liaison between the local business community and the broader IT organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.

* Contribute execution of IT strategies and projects as local IT project manager in alignment of the specific needs of the local production site.
