Where You Will WorkOur newly built 56,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of -.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa.
What You Will Do
  • Wire, solder, and assemble connectors to raw wire per documentation provided.
  • Read and interpret wiring schematics to efficiently complete wiring assemblies.
  • Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
  • Ensure all work performed meets quality specifications.
  • Follow all quality, environmental, health, and safety programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Details For Your Consideration
  • Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime as required, but not guaranteed (currently 10-15 hours per week of OT available)
  • Hourly Pay: $17.54 - $27.16 (rate varies based on how well your background and skills align with the position requirements)
  • Location: Chandler, Arizona – McClintock and Chandler Blvd.

RequirementsWhat You Will Bring To The Role
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience with reading and interpreting drawings including but not limiting to parts, electrical, and assembly and the ability to read, interpret, and follow mechanical drawings and diagrams per assembly instructions.
  • Good eyesight.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle and work with tiny pieces of hardware & subcomponents.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, soldering irons, and drills is essential for this role.
  • Ability to follow instructions & communicate with supervisor, and great attitude and ability to work in a team.
Working Conditions
  • Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis or if needed.
  • Able to sit and or stand daily or if needed.
