Job Title: First Seat OTR CDL Class A Driver (Home Weekly)

WNNLAF, a leading transportation company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OTR CDL Class A Driver to join our team. As a First Seat Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the country while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

- Safely and efficiently transport goods to various destinations across the country

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

- Report any incidents, accidents, or violations immediately to the appropriate parties

- Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out

- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class A license

- Minimum of 1 years of OTR driving experience

- Clean driving record

- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong time management skills

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods

- Must be able to work flexible hours and be willing to be on the road for extended periods of time

- Must be able to follow all safety protocols and procedures
