Job Title: Electronic Systems Installer

Job Description:

• These tablets turn on when the vehicles turn on and turn off when the vehicles turn off and offer an enhanced experience for both rider and driver.

Responsibilities:

• Primary duty will be to install headrest mounted tablets into various vehicle models based on market specific goals.
• Coordinate with local ground teams to confirm vehicle availability and install tablets in a timely manner to ensure SLAs can be met.
• Install tablets efficiently and ensure high-quality workmanship to avoid future issues.
• Manage inventory of all installation materials and tools.
• Perform inventory counts and update the internal inventory management system weekly ensuring inventory levels are accurate at all times.
• Log all installations and detailed service actions using the internal work order form.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installations to ensure optimal functionality of installed systems.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and report on installation progress and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of prior experience in telematics installation or similar roles involving 12V electronic systems.
• Proficiency in installing telematics devices, audio systems, and other relevant 12V electronic systems.
• Ability to listen and follow directions precisely, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and inventory effectively.
• Ability to lift to 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to installations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues during installations.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and report on installation progress and issues.
• Familiarity with various vehicle models and their electronic systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to work outdoors and indoors based on vehicle availability and location.
