Our client, a leader in private equity is looking for an office manager to join their downtown Chicago office. This is a temp to perm position and will be onsite Monday-Friday. In this role you will be helping with the daily running of the office such as answering phones, set up conference rooms, and oversee inventory of office supplies. An ideal candidate will have previous office experience, be a good team player, and be a self starter. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support of office management services, as well as serve as back-up to reception coverage
• Maintain high performing staff with managing and development of Receptionist
• Maintain clean, orderly appearance of entire office space
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Manage office spend budget and manage approval of invoices
• Oversee management and servicing of office equipment
• Management of food program, including pantry service, daily office lunch and special catering events
• Support with office buildout projects, special projects, and ad hoc events
