Interventional Pain Management, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Vascular or Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, PMR, Podiatry or any other outpatient surgical field.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
Position Overview:
Procedures and Surgeries
Assist with operating fluoroscopy machine
Surgical equipment sterilization
Assist with general OR duties
Other practice-related duties
Clinic
Demographic reconciliation in NextGen
Medication reconciliation in NextGen
Medical history reconciliation in NextGen
Triaging patients for MD/PA/NP via phone and charting in NextGen
Other practice-related duties
Medical Receptionist
New and follow up patient scheduling
Verify insurance
Collect copays
Obtain pre-authorization for procedures
Procedure scheduling at Loop Medical Center offices
Surgery scheduling at ASC and hospitals
Manage consults and orders to physicians and diagnostic tests
Liaison with the billing department
Liaison with the collections agency
Update EMR
Liaison with referring physicians and attorneys
Other practice-related duties
Maintenance
Ordering supplies
Ensuring clinic organization and cleanliness
