The main focus of the unit is the provision of safe and quality-driven care reflective of evidenced-based practice. We receive our patients from a variety of sources: emergency room, direct admissions, transfers from other hospitals, intensive care, and other units. The Staff Nurse is accountable for the performance of patient care according to the behaviors and responsibilities as outlined in this statement. GENERAL SUMMARY:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation programs.
1 year of nursing experience within area of desired practice. New Grads Welcomed 1 year of Staff Nurse Experience - BLS REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois. BENEFITS:
