About the role

As a Provider Network Specialist at PHM, you'll collaborate with care teams across various service lines to pinpoint and recommend top providers for our clients' clinical needs. Your role involves nurturing relationships with healthcare providers to guarantee top-notch care delivery. As PHM undergoes significant technology and process enhancements, you'll engage in brainstorming and implementing innovative technologies to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

How You'll Spend Your Days

• Spearhead the identification of top-tier healthcare providers and institutions to match our client's needs
• Drive the evolution of the PHM Provider Network and our processes through innovative tech enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of provider credentials, leveraging your medical knowledge and our tools against PHM gold standard
• Proactively expand and refine the PHM proprietary database of elite providers, harnessing research and identification strategies.
• Implement technology powered processes to streamline insurance verification and enhance patient access
• Collaborate with research and clinical teams to assess providers and healthcare programs for comprehensive evaluation.

What you bring to the table

• Demonstrated proficiency in provider-facing healthcare roles for a minimum of three years, with preference given to candidates holding degrees in healthcare-related fields.
• Proven adaptability to change, coupled with a drive to solve complex challenges through innovative technology and process enhancements.
• Self-starter mentality, equipped with robust research and problem-solving skills, and possessing an understanding of diverse medical specialties to translate business requirements into comprehensive system specifications.
• A collaborative mindset, complemented by outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective teamwork and seamless coordination.
• Exemplary attention to detail, organizational competence, and adeptness at managing multiple priorities within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Compensation : The target base salary for this position is $50,000-$57,000.

This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.

This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA.
