This strategic leader will spearhead recruitment initiatives across the organization, ensuring a supply of high-quality talent to meet evolving healthcare needs.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the organization's recruitment strategies, embodying the commitment to quality and integrity that defines our client’s services. Focus:

  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that enhance talent acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, assessing, and negotiating offers.
  • Forge robust partnerships with senior management to tailor recruitment strategies that align with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Innovate and implement dynamic talent acquisition solutions to boost engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for posting positions, sourcing candidates, and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Provide leadership in developing best practices in interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and leveraging market intelligence.
  • Supervise and refine interview processes, ensuring a consistent and fair evaluation framework across all departments.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and deliver detailed reports to executive management to drive data-informed decisions.

Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of extensive experience in high-level recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector with 3 years staff supervision/management
  • Proven track record in utilizing a variety of recruitment sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to address and overcome challenges effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers across various departments.
  • Deep understanding of staffing norms, employment law, and both healthcare and corporate recruiting standards.
  • Experience in medical recruitment, with a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry’s unique requirements.
