Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.
Responsibilities: Articulate a brand’s marketing challenges and opportunities with the team, in presentations, and other applications. Manage multiple projects and actively solve problems. Interact with the creative team, production staff, and clients in managing short and long-term projects that span multiple mediums including social media, print, interactive, and video. Participate in the development and preparation of new business presentations. Maintain direct lines of communication with appropriate client contact(s). Respond to client communications/questions/requests. Update clients on timeline and budget. Provide input and comments on developing creative/copy. Help manage PR and influencer programs as needed. Support project management tasks to support timely project delivery and quality assurance. Support development of campaign concepts, content strategies, brand strategies and other account planning deliverables. Provide key updates to senior management.
Qualifications: Experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role. Strong presentation skills (in-person and virtual). High degree of professionalism. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Good time management skills. Familiar with CRM program (e.g., Hubspot). Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline. Ability to manage multiple accounts and agency initiatives with poise. Strong entrepreneurial spirit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn systems. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects. Ability to understand client needs, and help sell in new projects and services. Proven teamwork abilities. Attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or similar field. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an advertising agency environment.
REQUIRED: Experience working with small-to-medium business clients a plus.
