Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Associate Scrum Master position with one of our Banking clients. In this exciting role you will

join their Commercial IT team and be part of an exciting Agile transformation journey. This role is an entry-level position that requires the individual to have the aptitude to learn and participate on a Scrum team. To be successful, the candidate must be driven, well-organized, self-motivated, and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules. This opportunity includes free training on industry standards which would require some travel to Columbus (4 days over 2 weeks).

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors Degree in CS, MIS or IS
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating within a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrumban, XP, Mob programming, etc.).
• A learning mindset with a passion for promoting innovation and self-improvement.
