Minimum Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Equivalent educational and work experience may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of three to five years of management experience required.
- Management experience in a financial institution strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership proficiency in sales, service and operations.
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals, ability to meet deadlines and branch goals; ability to manage multiple goals.
- Proven leadership quality with strong ability to supervise and coach.
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills required. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be bondable
