POSITION SUMMARY:

The Website Manager oversees websites for entities managed by SFM . This role is responsible for collaborating web development and upgrades with preferred vendors, testing for website performance, implementing strategies to increase web traffic, and troubleshooting website issues. The Website Manager will create content audits ensuring our website has brand strategy alignment. This position ensures website compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of the best practice of the industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Align website with the organization's brand, strategy, and standards
• Audit content and remove duplicate information
• Assist with paid social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
• Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
• Create and implement strategies to improve website traffic
• Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
• Ensure websites comply with Google's latest algorithms
• Apply industry best practices
• Identify ways to improve website user experience
• Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current
• Manage search engine optimization campaigns
• Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize new facilities website's structure and functions
• Reply to, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues from field

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, web development or a similar field
• Great problem-solving and analytic skills
• Experience working with websites and Elementor Pro
• Knowledge of SEO principals
• Experience utilizing social media ads
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Skilled in Google Analytics, ability to pull reports, understand, and identify trends
• Ability to add pages, pop ups, banners, meta tags, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Office environment with intermittent noise
• Travel required for trade shows and events infrequently
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
