Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements and maintains program goals and objectives, in alignment with strategic priorities of the organization
• Designs, plans and ensures effective implementation of programs, including successful service delivery
• Jointly responsible, with the AMD, for the implementation and monitoring of program budgets
• Participate in the development and maintenance of protocols, policies and procedures
• Must keep current in the issues relevant to the dental program areas and provide expertise in these areas
• Participate in, track and report activities to improve operational, fiscal and clinical performance
• Schedule, convene and manage all program meetings; attend meetings, as directed
• Manage and maintain all program records and activities
• Coordinate the purchasing of any materials needed to adequately support the program, such as clinical supplies, educational materials, etc., as needed
• Develop and deliver training to staff
• Responsible for the training, supervision and performance evaluation of Dental Assistants (DA)
• Assigns tasks and activities to DA’s and ensures timely and accurate completion
• Assists the AMD in managing the scheduling of DA’s including managing call-outs, ADP payroll processing, etc.
• Strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations
